Remembering the ANZAC's

The children in Room 9 have been learning all about Anzac Day and what it means to New Zealanders and Australians. We discovered that ANZAC biscuits were made and were sent over to the soldiers and nurses serving in Gallipolli. They are sturdy biscuits that keep for a long time. We decided to have a go at making ANZAC biscuits ourselves... They were very yum!
